AmandaNaturopath – Booking & Cancellation Policy (48 hours notice)

To keep appointments running smoothly and to respect the time set aside for you, any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations with 48+ hours’ notice: no charge and you’re welcome to rebook.

Cancellations within 48 hours: charged 50% of the appointment fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: charged 100% of the appointment fee.

Rescheduling within 48 hours: treated the same as a late cancellation.

How to cancel/reschedule: please use your booking confirmation link or contact Amanda directly as soon as possible.
